Artwork is sent insured and “Tracked and signed” or “Tracked” (depending on what’s available for your country). Artwork is packaged well protected.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to refund or exchange a product if you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind. You can return any unopened products to us as long as the item is still in its original condition, subject to the terms below;
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- You must exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods
- The item must be in the original packaging
- We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use
- You must inform us via email of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, and, where available, your phone number and email address
- Please retain your proof of postage
- We do not refund the cost of return postage
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
