Born in Bollnäs, Sweden, 1979.
Astrid grew up in the idyllic village of Stocksätter, Sweden - a place where creativity was everywhere and curiosity had room to roam. Surrounded by nature, crafting material, and possibility, Astrid was free to follow whatever path her curiosity took her on. The land itself felt alive with folklore and myth, and that energy still weaves its way into her art today. Creativity runs deep in her lineage, and Life continues to be her greatest teacher.
Now based in North Cornwall, she lives and creates alongside her partner as they restore Prusts Farmhouse - a long-term family labour of love. It’s a wild and beautiful place to raise their two daughters and follow the rhythms of a slower, more intentional life.
Bold, bright, and unapologetic, they hold their ground with a colourful confidence.
